From $99.00 we will provide you a low and high price range for correcting major defects identified in building and timber pest reports, so that negotiations can continue in a timely manner. Even if you know something isn’t quite right before you list your property for sale, you can obtain a price range on repairs to help you make decisions before selling or auctioning your property.
All price ranging is carried out by our team of licenced builders with many years of experience, so they know how pricing works. They’re aided by a large database of material costings that will help get the best possible price range for you.
